If I remain dissatisfied with the service provided or the product (project or written work), will my money be refunded?+
Payment is made in stages, according to each part of the work provided to the Client. Money for each (!) accepted part of the work by the Client is not refundable. However, since we carefully monitor the Client's satisfaction with the service/product produced, sometimes we accommodate their whims or requests.
How is payment made for the product or service provided?+
After approval of the part of the service produced (5 tutoring lessons) or the product (coursework plan or website/program prototype), payment is made within 48 hours to the institute's details provided by Belarusian and Austrian banks. Details are provided on the site in contacts.
Is free website support provided after its creation?+
Just as the price for producing a service/product is agreed upon in the context of the Client's individual needs, the price for ongoing website/application maintenance is also agreed upon.
